Training, food, and work use the same proof

The three lanes share one check-in. The task changes. The camera does not become a coach, a diet, or a boss.

Miss and Pay has three lanes and one check. Workouts, food, and work do not get different cameras. They get different tasks, written out for 30 days. A shorter contract uses the front of that plan. The check is still a person or movement in a short live clip.

The workout plan is bodyweight. Sessions are about 15 to 25 minutes. You will see squats, hinges, bridges, pushups on a counter or a wall, rows with a backpack or a table, lunges, planks, and a few short circuits. There is a harder version of each day for the coach. There is no claim that this fixes pain, changes your body by a date, or replaces a coach in the room. If a shape breaks, you stop the set. The camera is asked to see you, not to grade the set. Show your whole body when the task says so. A close crop of a shoe will often fail the person check and may also fail movement if you hold still.

The food plan is a plate or a kitchen rule. Eggs and greens. Rice, beans, and something green. Eating from a plate instead of a bag. Cooking before you open a delivery app. It is not a diet. It does not set calories, and it does not give medical advice. The camera cannot tell whether the food was the food in the task. You show the plate, and you in the same clip if you can. The pass is still person or movement. The honesty is yours. The stake is what makes the honesty expensive to skip.

The work plan is one block a day. Some blocks are 25 minutes and some are 45. The timer lives on the check-in page. It pauses when the tab is hidden, and it only finishes if the visible time runs out. The camera comes after the timer. You show the desk or the page you finished. Cover anything you do not want even on a local clip. The check does not read the writing. It does not know if the email was sent. Timer completed is a signal for the coach, not a claim that the work was good.

The same component runs all three. That is the product choice. A different verifier for each lane would pretend the phone can see quality. It cannot. What it can see is whether you faced the day long enough to make a live clip. The task text is what makes the day specific. The stake is what makes skipping it cost money.

Will the camera reject a bad plate?

No. It does not recognize food. It checks for a person or for movement.

Does the work timer count while the tab is hidden?

No. Hiding the tab pauses it. The camera unlocks after the visible time reaches zero.
