What the coach upgrade changes

The base contract proves the day. After a pass, tomorrow is the next day of the written plan. There is no note. The coach is a separate purchase, $19 once for that contract. It is a service fee. It is not added to the stake, and it is not returned when the stake is refunded.

After a pass, the coach looks at the session result and does one of three things to the next day. If you mark the session too easy, tomorrow is the harder version: another round or a slower move for workouts, a stricter kitchen rule for food, a tighter output or a longer block for work. If you mark it cut short, or the pose was only partly visible, tomorrow repeats today's task. Otherwise tomorrow swaps in a different day from the plan so you do not sit on one pattern. On a work day, a timer that ran to zero while the tab stayed visible is the ordinary path, and that path swaps.

The note is specific to that result. It is not a pep talk. It says which of those things happened and what tomorrow will do. You can read it on the check-in result and on the ledger for each kept day. The base contract shows a different line: day kept, tomorrow stays on the plan, no note. The difference is on the page, not in a feature list.

The rules are fixed. Miss and Pay does not call them a chat model. No language model is required for the note. If a model key is not configured, the rules write the sentence. The pose check is described as an automatic check, because that is what it is.

Buying the coach mid contract does not rewrite days you already kept. It starts with the next pass. The $19 checkout is its own Stripe payment. Cancel it and the contract stays on proof only. The deposit you already paid is unchanged.

The coach cannot see the video. It sees the same verdict you already know: too easy, cut short, pose not fully visible, timer completed, plus the pass itself. It will not invent a injury warning or a meal plan. It changes tomorrow's task inside the plan you already have.
